MMM Cheese-y

From the Artisanal Cheese website:
Accompany Artisanal Mangager Jon Lundbom and a lineup of the world's best brewers on a journey through the world of craft-brewed, artisanally-produced beer...paired with the perfect cheeses, of course! Whether expert or novice, join us for a wild night at the "pub" as we explore the wonders of artisanal cheese through the amber lens of refreshing, handcrafted beers.

Tuesday, January 30th - with Rogue Ales
The bitter cold of a New York January is no match for a rich, hearty, bold, and chocolately Stout. For January's Craft Beer & Artisanal Cheese, we will be enjoying the Stouts and Porters of Newport, Oregon's Rogue Ales. Join Jon and Rogue Ales' Sebbie Buhler on a veritable tasting adventure pairing Rogue's Shakespeare Stout, Mocha Porter, and Chocolate Stout - among others! - with the sweet, salty, and savory cheeses that make their perfect pairs...think washed-rind, think blues, think Stout!

Tuesday, March 15th - with Blue Point Brewing Company
St. Patrick's Day may be days away, but who's counting? This March, we've invited Mark Burford, brewmaster for the Blue Point Brewing Company (Long Island's first microbrewery) to the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, to taste some of his beers alongside the world's best artisanal cheeses. We'll be tasting his flagship Toasted Lager (winner, Gold Beer Award, 2006 World Beer Cup), in addition to several seasonal specials. Beer and cheese - what better way to celebrate the holiday?

All classes (unless otherwise noted):
* 1 seat for $75
* 2 seats for $70 each - save $10!
* 3 seats for $65 each - save $30!
* 4 seats for $60 each - save $60!

Sign up for the Craft Beer & Artisanal Cheese Class and I'll see you there!!!
